Long-Term Rentals

WVU’s contract with Enterprise features long term rentals for monthly, quarterly, and even annual needs. Specialty vehicles, such as off-road, specially equipped delivery vehicles, etc. are not provided, however, all the vehicle classes listed in the rate table, can be contracted for extended use. Features of the long term rental program include:

Seasonal service; fall and spring for example

24/7 roadside assistance available at 800-736-8222 (800-RENTACA)

Routine scheduled vehicle maintenance is included in extended rental pricing

Acceptance of WVU and WVU Research Corporation PCards and Travel Cards

All late-model vehicles with less than 50,000 miles

Vehicles with hand controls and other ADA features on 72 hours notice

Available for student and other employees age 18-21 with Dean, Director, or Designee written approval

All insurance requirements met by PCard or BRIM coverage (WVU credit cards must be used)
