WVU Develops Streamlined Way to Order Business Stationery
WVU’s Digital Documents & Copier Services (DDCS) and Procurement, Contracting and Payment Services (PCPS) Departments have partnered to make the ordering of business stationery easier and faster using WVU’s latest e-Procurement tool, “WVUBUY.”
Starting November 1st, WVU business stationery, which includes branded business cards, envelopes and letterhead, can be easily ordered, proofed and tracked using simple “point and click” technology. No more forms, faxes or paperwork to grapple with!
Simply log-in from anywhere to your WVU “MyAccess” account, select the WVUBUY tab, then Shop On-Line! No other log-ins or credentials are required. Like other internet shopping sites, payment is by PCard only, but don’t fret if you don’t have one! You can “forward” your shopping cart for payment to people within your department, and you can search for these individuals under Assign Cart!
